Pumpkin seeds are loaded with omega-6, specifically linoleic acid, to help build and repair skin cells. Vitamins A, C, and E and the minerals zinc, copper, and manganese are also present and act as antioxidants to support the immune system.

Walnuts are packed with omega-3s and phytochemicals to tackle systemic inflammation. They also contain the highest amount of flavonoids among edible nuts, offering protective benefits against cognitive decline and certain cancers.
