- Lamb testes are an excellent source of B vitamins - especially B12
- Goji berries are rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, fibre and iron
- Turmeric contains curcumin, a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compound
- Coconut milk powder is dairy free for beasties who don't do well with dairy, and it’s rich in medium chain triglycerides (aka healthy fats!)
